The difference between a Carpenter Bee and a Honey Bee

I was out watering my garden plants just the other day and noticed my Hibiscus plant was full of blooms...I think this is the most I have seen on this bush since I planted it four years ago and placed it in this spot 3 years ago..
Here in this next picture deep within the flower is a honey bee...this little bee is greatly entrenched in its duty to gather pollen...my little digital takes great pictures in the macro function...as long as I can get it to focus properly...

In this picture we have a carpenter bee...this bee is slightly larger than the honey bee as you can tell from the size of the flower and the bee...notice this bee is covered with pollen...and this hibiscus is blooming with new flowers as quick as the old ones drop off...what an amazing plant...
I have also seen hummingbirds frequent this plant as well...unfortunately while I was taking these pictures...one did not show up...as they are not shy about collecting nectar from the flowers when I or my dog Blue are present...
